Michon Ness
Certified Pilates Instructor
While Michon first tried Pilates as a way to tone her body, what hooked her was how she benefitted so much more than just the increased strength she gained. The mental effort and control that goes in “Contrology” is where Michon finds the power in the Pilates Method. Since beginning Pilates, Michon has seen her life transform significantly, bringing her mental, physical, and spiritual health into harmony. She has dedicated herself to teaching and spreading the practice among others, educating herself in the Classical Method and training intensively at The Pilates Center in Boulder, Colorado. Through her work as an instructor, she hopes to guide her clients towards a happier and healthier lifestyle, as she has come to experience this sense of peace in her own life.

Brian Hunt
Certified Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer, LMT
Brian discovered the power of Pilates while supplementing his strength training routine. Finding that he could gain strength and flexibility without the impact of weights, and seeing the benefit his personal training client found using Pilates, he became an advocate. Brian’s passion for movement extends beyond the studio: he loves skiing, hiking, claiming 14ers, aerial acrobatics and powering through the city on his bike. Over the past 15 years, Brian has taught Pilates to all ages, abilities, and special needs. Let him show you how to be a more efficient mover, whether you are an athlete or learning how to protect and strengthen muscular-skeletal issues.

Jennifer Calderone
Certified Pilates Instructor
Jennifer started Pilates in the 1990s, after reading a Vogue article touting its benefits. She was impressed by the Method’s respect for the integrity of the body, as well as the quality of the movement it encouraged, and began taking more classes. But it wasn’t until Jennifer reached her 40s that she realized that Pilates was her fountain of youth, and she decided she needed to share her passion with others. Jennifer is trained through The Pilates Center of Boulder in the Classical Pilates Method. As a teacher, she tries to maximize empathy to illicit excellence. She believes that Pilates is a body-mind-spirit adventure with benefits far beyond sculpting long, lean, flexible muscles.
