Danielle Cifelli

Certified Pilates Instructor, Certified Personal Trainer

Danielle, a collegiate soccer player, first became a personal trainer in her quest to heal from recurring soccer injuries. But when she felt how Pilates helped her stay healthy and gain strength at the same time, she was a convert! She loves helping & challenging individuals to work towards being the best version of themselves. She truly believes “Change happens through movement and movement heals” -Joseph Pilates

Jennifer Calderone

Certified Pilates Instructor

Jennifer, a Pilates Center of Boulder grad, started Pilates in the 1990s, after reading a Vogue article touting its benefits.  Impressed by the Method’s respect for the body and integrity of movement it encouraged, she spent the next few decades delving deeper into Pilates. In her 40s she decided to teach Pilates and share her passion with others. Jennifer believes Pilates is her fountain of youth; a body-mind-spirit adventure with benefits far beyond sculpting long, lean, flexible muscles.

Michon Ness

Certified Pilates Instructor

Michon, a Pilates Center of Boulder grad, first tried Pilates as a way to tone her body, but got hooked by how she benefitted so much more than the increased strength she gained.  The mental effort and control that goes in “Contrology” is where Michon finds the power in the Method.  Through Pilates, Michon has seen her life transform, bringing her mental, physical, and spiritual health into harmony. Through her work as an instructor, she guides her clients towards a happier and healthier lifestyle, as she has come to experience this herself.

Brian Hunt

Certified Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer, LMT

Brian, a Polestar certified instructor, discovered the power of Pilates while supplementing his strength training routine.  Finding that he could gain strength and flexibility without the impact of weights, and seeing the benefit his personal training client found using Pilates, he became an advocate.  Brian loves skiing, hiking, climbing 14ers, aerial acrobatics and powering through the city on his bike.  Brian has taught Pilates to all ages, abilities, and special needs, teaching his clients-be they athletes or rehab based- how to be more efficient movers.
