  • How do I get started with Pilates?

    For newcomers to Pilates, we suggest beginning with five private lessons. These sessions will introduce you to the equipment, familiarize you with Pilates principles, and provide any necessary modifications to maximize the benefits of each exercise. Following this introduction, clients may choose to continue with private sessions or transition to group classes.
  • What should I wear?

    We recommend wearing comfortable attire that allows for unrestricted movement during your Pilates session.
  • How often should I do Pilates?

    The original Pilates method was designed for daily practice. Consistent participation yields remarkable results for both body and mind. We recommend attending at least two classes or lessons per week to build muscle memory and familiarity with the exercises. Once comfortable, you may supplement your studio sessions with home practice.
  • How do I schedule?

    Group classes can be booked directly through our website. For private or duet sessions, please contact our studio to arrange an appointment.

  • Can my friends and I schedule our own class?

    Absolutely. We offer the option to arrange a private class for groups of 3-5 people. For more information and to schedule, please contact Dana.

  • What's the cancellation policy?

    Our policy requires a 24-hour notice for cancellation of all scheduled appointments, including both lessons and classes. Full charges will apply for late cancellations.
